Here are some stuff worth checking out at Paris boutique, colette. If you’re ever in Paris, be sure to check out this 2 floor haven for all things hip and chic.

1: Snoopy and the Peanuts gang turn 60 this year so Medicom Toy churned out these awesome be@rbricks in celebration. Where’s Pig Pen and his ball of filth?

2: Diamond encrusted robots by House of Qeelin– pretty cool! You can see these gems in the window of colette all month long. It’s like The Jetsons go ghetto fabulous!

3: Watchmaker Nixon and Beastie Boys (one of my favorite bands!) collaborate for a special edition wristwatch with Mike D in his signature cruisewear. Comes in four colors and yes, I’d make him the captain of my Loveboat!

4: Cool hangers by Domestic, designed by Geneviève Gauckler, +41, Leslie David, Iris de Mouy, Antoine + Manuel, Matali Crasset, etc. Perfect for a kid’s room  (or my room)!

Check out the cool stuff at Paris boutique, colette, this month.

Tom Binns’ collection “NotJewelleryjewelry”  was made from found pieces so no two are alike. I’m digging the blue poodle/gun in the second photo set. Check out his other work here.
Eyeball rings by Verbal worn by Lady Gaga.

Special edition baby shirts by  evian x colette. Because deep down, we all want to go back to being a baby. Why? Because all you do is eat, sleep and crap all day and people adore you endlessly, no matter what.

The  Series 20 Be@rbricks are here! LOVE the Ewok! I like to take Be@rbricks and make an ‘environment ‘ for them under those dome scientific glasses. Here’s one:

Don’t ask me what inspired me. Let’s just say I walked around aimlessly at a Michael’s one afternoon. If you notice, the red Be@rbrick has a Soviet flag on it, which is really rare. I had to track that bad boy down on ebay. The white and green trophy at the bottom was actually found in a Roi de Gateau during one Christmas. I almost broke my tooth on that damn thing. And so , there it is. You can see more of my madness on my etsy shop.

Whenever I’m in Paris, I make time to go to this cool boutique. Last time I was there, I picked up these mirrors cut out in the shape of French cartoon characters for my son’s room. Sooooo coooooool! They also have a website and are having a huge sale right now.

Here are my picks this month:

-Olympia Le Tan’s  minaudières (a box that looks like a book)

– Giuseppe Zanotti‘s ballet slippers with rhinestone bullets. Simultaneously dainty and bad ass.

Valentino x colette Limited Edition t-sirt. It’s supposed to be an orchid, but I like to think of it as rotten lungs.

Buffalo Toyz introduces a designer toy called ALYENZ . This is trouble for me because this would look fantastic next to my be@rbricks.

Here are a few things at Paris boutique, colette, that I love (hint, hint), but will probably end up getting a FUG sweater that belongs on a Minnesotan cat lady, a FUG jewelry set that belongs on QVC, or a FUG scarf that belongs on an aging Indian ho. *Sigh* I can always dream…

-Be@rbrick my first b@by Chiaki x colette- I have the first edition that is pastel colors; so naturally, I would need this.

NeighborhoodDisney-  The Big Bad Wolf and Mickey Mouse- Disney goes psycho!

-Jewelry designer Katie Hillier’s Bunny collection- Paper clip comes to life as a bunny- sweet!

-Ladurée mini-corner at colette- Macaroons! Also, because your ass is too lazy to go a few blocks to the actual Ladurèe store.

-White Crystal Swarovski Christmas at colettebedazzling crap is still in! My fave is the be@rbrick, of course.

-T1MEPEACES bracelets designed by Denise Julia Reytan- Who needs to know the time anyway!

Designer Chloé Ruchon is my new best friend! She designed this Barbie foosball table for the ladies (or Brüno) who love foosballing… (that sounds obscene). Anyway, There are only 9 of these in the world, so I’m sure it costs more than silicone implants! That would be funny if the the Barbies would ‘kick’ the ball with their boobs. That would be clever. Are they wearing skirts? Typical. I hope it comes with extra ‘Barbie ‘ hair- I can see hair flying while playing an emotional game.  To make it a really girlie, they should’ve rhinestoned the crap out of it! It’s nothing a hot glue gun can’t do….Watch for this awesome game in the window display of colette in Paris starting August 3rd.
