So here are some cool and weird stuff that I’ve been meaning to post about separately but decided to throw all the strange and unusual into one post. I know, it’s like one huge bizarre post but trust me it’s better this way- get the crazziness out of the way!

-Anywho, I think the most peculiar one is the Oven Lounge- whoever made that has a bounty on his head from Betty Crocker. Sh*t’s gonna get real when she shows up with an electric mixer, rubber gloves and a a tub of lard at his front door. I don’t even know where I’m going with that one so let’s get on the next one.

-Rubber Duckies are cool especially ones with tea leaves up their whoo-has. Ha ha.

-The Inner Beauty shirt is definitely a cannibal’s dream menu. Just add Chianti and fava beans. Yeah, so I necessarily wouldn’t wear that.

-Plug and Socket ring is a nice alternative to those cheezey broken heart necklaces. Except it seems the plug has the upper hand in most violent situations.I’ll take the plug.

-Check out the cool street art on Mercer St. in NYC – although it’s probably hidden under the snow and ice right now.

-Ride the skeleton bike… perfect for causing car accidents and freaking out small children and the elderly. The head and arms move when you make a turn.

Voila!

Here’s a some cool stuff I found at Brooklyn shop, Fred Flare this month:

1. Lady umbrellas for those wonderfully, cozy rainy days. I like the middle one most. Hopefully, the head doesn’t pop off during severe storms.

2. The Tulip USB hub. Fantastic for the garden-challenged, but the tech-savvy. I’ll take two.

3.Russian Doll measuring cups. It may inspire you to make borscht and piroshkis. Or not.

4. The submarine teabag. Cleverly designed, this little sub can brew a any variety tea. And, of course it’s yellow.

There you have it!

Yum!! Nothing’s better after a crappy day than PB & J! I, personally, don’t like the J (elly). I like mine plain jane. My other half is from Europe and thinks peanut butter is the nastiest thing. I think it’s the “sticking to the roof of the mouth” issue. But no matter what,  you can celebrate PB & J with a tasty wallet and a crafty cake mold! Both are available for cheap at Fred Flare.

And if you’re really crazy for PB&J… here’s a PB& J Pizza.. or the Mona Lisa in PB & J…. or the PB&J lockett aaaaaaand this nastiness in a jar! (I can picture an old cat lady with cat hair and cat vom everywhere eating that jar.)

So I leave you with this classic below!

Here’s a round up of cool stuff for under $25 for Valentine’s Day from Brooklyn boutique, Fred Flare. I thought $25 is the bare minimum your boyfriend should spend if he’s expecting some sort of action Sunday night. Seriously… no excuses.

1) Lips bandages- give that boo boo a kiss!

2)Heart necklace and Key  – so junior high…. I  love it.

3) Heart ring filled with sprinkles (or Jimmies)

4) If you’re too broke to buy a rose, use this paper mouth/rose mask to swoon your lover.

5) ‘I Heart Macaroons’ book- these are crazy delicious treats from France. Make some yourself.

6) A Gummy Heart-  Because an anatomical heart is just so appetizing…

7) A stuffed anatomical heart- so you know what a happy heart should look like.

Voila! I think my Valentine this year will be my cat,  Mr. Marmar. I usually I shape his cat food into a heart and light candles around his food bowl. Go ahead, call me a romantic! (FYI- That’s not my gorgeous Mr. Marmar below- but she’s still adorable!)

3.A headphone winder because you know you can totally choke yourself if you’re not careful… I’m not even 2.

4.Fingerless gloves made out of men’s undies so no one wants to shake my hand (ew , germs)

5.A shoe butter dish for the Thanksgiving table (I love freaking out old people.)

6.IKaraoke because I like to torture people in my vicinity.

7. A toilet bowl necklace just to remind me of the things that really matter.

8.A saw cake cutter to scare children at my son’s next birthday party.

9.A brass knuckles mug to send a warning to those pestering me in the morning.

Happy Turkey Day! I’m off to stuff my face with fooooood and watch that cheezefest called the Macy’s Day Parade.
