These leather pieces are made by British designer Sarah Heulwen. Her collection was inspired by cancer. I don’t see it, but whatever. I think it looks pretty cool. I love when a top has sculpted boobs. I also like the arm cast. That metal thumb could do some damage. I will take one of each! Although the neck collar could accommodate a goiter, if it had to…

Stockholm designer Bea Szenfeld‘s latest collection is nothing short of spectacular. No machinery or laser-cutting were used in the collection. That’s impressive, since each one is so intricate. I think my favorite is the oversized pearl necklaces. It looks like a toddler wearing grown up necklaces. So cool! The hooded, scaly outfit is pretty rad, too. I like flicking the scales from the bottom up and listening to that ‘diling diling’ sound. I know, I’m part cat – these things amuse me. Bea is another one to watch!

Kidding!  Designer Michelle Czech (she recently won the Metamorphosis Student Showcase in Melbourne, Australia) is another one to watch. Laser cut, geometric cut outs leave an impressively clean and modern touch to what would be another ho-hum dress. The lack of material is what makes these designs so unique. Versatile, one can slip this over anything and look fashion forward. I especially love the dress in the first photo. I would totally wear that if I was pregnant. I would also use it to store my scarfs when I’m not  wearing it. Kidding , again. I’ll stop.
